Renewing the historical fabric of a city is expensive, time-consuming and requires lots of patience and dedication. It is best done in the atmosphere of trust and cooperation, but the snowball of change has started to roll through Polish cities. It has started on a small scale, gradually expanding and initiating major social changes. What makes it attractive for investors? How is it changing cities? We are looking for examples that are worth-replicating.
