Piotr Grochowski

Chief Architect, Arche

Architect, urban planner. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. Chief designer of the Arche Group, co-founder of Less is core. He has many years of experience in designing hotels and residential buildings, in particular in the revitalization of historic buildings. Author of the reconstruction of the Uphagen Manor in Gdańsk and co-author of the revitalization project of the Żnin Sugar Plant. Individually and as a team winner of awards in the field of architecture and urban spaces, including the SARP Award of the Year 2021 for the Żnin Sugar Plant project and the European Property Awards for the Łochów Folwark project. Nominated for the EU Mies Award 2022.
Currently, together with the team, he is developing his passion, designing the revitalization of the former Luftwaffe air base in Mielno and the adaptation of the monastery in Wrocław.
