Tomasz Chojnacki, a commercial property expert with nearly 20 years of experience, holds the position of Regional Director for Southern Poland in the Office Department at Newmark Polska, an international real estate advisory firm. His key responsibilities include representing office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations. Tomasz also manages the Newmark Polska branch in Katowice.

Prior to joining Newmark Polska, Tomasz Chojnacki served as Director of the Office Tenant Representation team in Katowice, Head of the Silesian Region, and Deputy Head of the Office Sector at CBRE Poland, where he provided comprehensive services for both local and international clients. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for commercial and residential property management in Upper Silesia. Over the years, he has cooperated with many reputable companies, including AT&T, Orange, Softserve, Jamf Software, Play, and Rockwell Automation. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice.
