We invite you to the 10th, jubilee edition of Property Design Awards, a competition distinguishing and promoting buildings that feature exceptional architecture and spaces that showcase inspiring design elements. The final, as always, will be part of 4 Design Days in Katowice (January 22-23, 2026).
For ten years, Property Design Awards has recognized objects that set the trends of contemporary architecture in Poland. To date, the jurors of the competition have awarded most prestigious, characteristic and inspiring buildings and interiors that have become permanent elements of urban landscape.
The last decade has seen Property Design Awards become a landmark of Polish architecture – a place where vision, innovation, and the highest design standards come together.
Each year, the final of the competition becomes a stage for leading architects and designers whose ideas transform the spaces we live, work, and find joy in every day.
The winners of Property Design Awards will be decorated in the following categories:
Body of the building:
- Shopping Centre
- Hotel
- Office Block
- Civic Buildings (non-commercial, e.g. cultural establishments, sports facilities, buildings of institutions, railway stations, schools, etc.)
- Public Space (parks, squares, plazas, boulevards, promenades, gardens, etc.)
- Residential building – multi–family
- Residential building – single– family
Design – interior:
- Shopping Centre
- Hotel
- Office
- Commercial Space
- Civic Buildings (non-commercial, etc. cultural establishments, sports facilities, buildings of institutions, railway stations, schools, etc.)
Apart from the main competition, editorial staff of Propertydesign.pl will present five special awards to celebrate the 10th edition of 4 Design Days and Property Design Awards. The winners will be awarded in the following categories:
Building of the Decade – the new icon of Polish architecture
City-shaping Project of the Decade – the urban landmark of a city
Revialization of the Decade – a model transformation of a historical space
Architect of the Decade – a visionary who has changed the architectural landscape
Designer of the Decade – a visionary who has set new trends in industrial design
The winners will be announced on January 22nd, 2026, at the official awards gala accompanying 4 Design Days 2026.
