Property Forum: A Vision for the City, is a unique meeting of leaders of the property market, representatives of local government, and business people, devoted to the future of Polish cities. Developers, investors, architects, advisers and representatives of public administration will gather in Katowice to look for a formula for a city that creates future.
In an era of rapid economic and geopolitical change, Polish cities are seeking new areas of specialization – aiming to attract business, talent and investment, pursue sustainable development, and create places that are truly pleasant to live in.
During the opening session, "The City That Builds the Future", participants will discuss what could become the new engine for growth – and the role developers, investors and local leaders will play in shaping it.
In the panel "Developers as Co-Creators of Cities", we will explore how to move from individual projects to a fully developed ecosystem, where residential, business and infrastructure investments come together to form a cohesive urban fabric.
Silesia – a region that is redefining its economic identity – will hold a special place in the agenda. In the two segments of the series – "Silesia. A Vision for the Region" and "Silesia. A Vision for the City" – participants will explore examples of post-industrial transformation, local specializations and investments that attract new talent and technologies.
During the debate "The Decalogue: City × Developer", industry leaders will tackle ten key questions about the future of urbanisation – from land availability and mobility to revitalisation, quality of life and urban energy.
There will also be room for discussions on new formats of commercial investment – flexible office spaces, mixed-use projects, warehouses supporting nearshoring, and the growing role of regional cities.
