Roman Jakubowski
Roman Jakubowski (born 1975) is an experienced construction industry manager and independent consultant. He specializes in 3D modular construction and hybrid projects combining various technologies in optimal ways. He provides advisory services in modular technologies, assesses feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and supervises project execution regardless of the chosen construction method.
From 2001 to 2021 he was associated with the Unibep Group, delivering diverse projects such as the Alfa and Plaza shopping centers, Hotel Trio, the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok, the Suwałki Aquapark and many others. He developed Unihouse into one of the largest modular construction companies in Europe, operating in Norway, Sweden, Germany and Poland. At Andrewex Construction, he launched modular technology for both public and private sector projects.
He has contributed to notable timber projects in Poland, including a timber office building for UBM Development, a seven-storey office façade in Warsaw for Skanska and a major gaming company, as well as the H. Arctowski IBIB PAS Research Station in Antarctica.
