Paulina Tomzik-Okopień
She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw's law program and has completed postgraduate studies in product design at the Institute of Industrial Design and the Warsaw School of Economics. She has also completed postgraduate studies in the legal and economic aspects of business management at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. After nearly a decade in Warsaw, she joined her family business in 2016, taking responsibility for its strategic transformation — from manufacturing lighting for retail chains to producing decorative lamps. Under her leadership, the brand has developed a range of sustainable lighting fixtures, which are available in the catalog and as part of individual orders for investments, architectural projects, and OEM customers.
She combines production with sales on a daily basis and is increasingly responsible for the final aesthetics of the products.
She supervises her husband, her father, and the rest of the Argon team.
