Maciej Obszański
is an architect specializing in public, recreational, and commercial developments. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, he began his career at Schick Architekci, where he worked on the concept for the Sports and Recreation Centre in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. His experience expanded significantly during his role as project manager for the redevelopment of the indoor and outdoor pool complex in Stalowa Wola. In 2023, Maciej was appointed President of the Management Board. His portfolio includes co-authorship of Water Park Tychy, the Water Factory in Szczecin, the “Łabędź” school swimming pool in Bydgoszcz, a hotel complex in Trzęsacz, and the Radius Business Centre in Ruda Śląska. Strong interest in BIM and ArchiCAD shapes his design approach, though conceptual sketching on tracing paper remains his preferred creative tool. Beyond architecture, Maciej is active in the football community and designs award-winning board games, including the “Scrum Game”.
