Krzysztof Granatowicz
Architect and urban planner with over 20 years of experience in construction and design.
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Technology in Gdańsk.
Since 2006, he has been associated with NDI S.A., where gained experience as an site engineer on prestigious projects, including the renovation and redevelopment of tenement houses in South Kensington in London and the construction of Złota 44 in Warsaw. Participated in A1 motorway construction, the largest infrastructure project in Poland at the time. As a site architect worked at the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre.
In following years specialized in architectural and urban planning concepts for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Gdańsk and Warsaw. Among others also worked as construction manager for the reconstruction of the Rotunda in Warsaw.
Since 2021 associated with NDI Development. His responsibilities include investment strategy, urban planning analyses, construction design optimization, and land use planning. IARP and SARP architect with design and construction license. He also holds limited construction executive licenses.
