Kamila Cieśla-Kozina

The founder of NOVEstudio, an architect and project manager specialising in permanent and temporary exhibitions for public cultural institutions. A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology, she has long worked at the intersection of architecture, culture and management. Between 2015 and 2016, she served as Deputy Director of the Silesian Museum in Katowice, gaining extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing investment processes and overseeing public-sector budgets. She later expanded her expertise in the IT industry, working with digital products and agile methodologies.
Today, she combines her interdisciplinary background with design practice and strategic thinking, guiding cultural institutions through complex processes related to developing new spaces, exhibitions and investments. She specialises in creating strategic roadmaps for cultural projects and values a holistic approach and effective cross-sector collaboration.
