Ivelina Gadzheva is an Inclusive Design expert with over 15 years of international experience working across the public, private and civic sectors. She advises organisations on how to increase innovation capacity and social impact through people-centred design, inclusive research and participatory methods.

She is the Founder of Design for All Bulgaria Foundation and Vice-President of EIDD - Design for All, as well as Co-founder of the Service Design Network Chapter Bulgaria.

Ivelina has designed and delivered training programmes, workshops and strategic consultations across Europe, focusing on accessibility, inclusion, sustainability and system-level change. Her work bridges architecture, urban environments and services, translating social needs into practical, inclusive and future-oriented solutions.
