Leszczyński Dominik, founder and CEO of DL Invest Group, has been building one of Poland’s largest fully integrated development and investment groups for over 17 years, creating from scratch a company managing a commercial property portfolio worth over €1 billion. Key achievements in the past 12 months include issuing €350 million in Eurobonds (60% oversubscription, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange), debuting DL Invest Group bonds on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and purchasing the Craft office building in Katowice with 26,000 sqm.

DL Invest Group continues dynamic growth in data centre, RES and energy storage segments, maintains a conservative LTV < 47%, and holds over 400 active lease agreements. The company is also preparing a platform for the first pan-European REIT with a dominant position in Poland. Leszczyński Dominik supports sports and social infrastructure, and DL Invest Group engages in numerous social initiatives.
