Alicja Kubicka
an architect and co-founder of Interplay Architects. She gained professional experience in renowned international architectural practices such as Kengo Kuma & Associates, Wilmotte & Associés, and Mesura, contributing to projects of high complexity and varying scales, including the Strasbourg Exhibition Centre, Aurore '1 Hotels' in Paris, and the renovation of the INSEAD campus in Fontainebleau.
She is a co-author of the concept for the Polish Pavilion at Expo 2025 in Osaka and the Health Tech Synergy Hub at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. Her architectural practice, developed within Interplay Architects, is grounded in the belief that architecture must be a result shaped by collaboration, experimentation, and trust. She designs in dialogue with context, cultural memory, and place, treating architecture as a medium that connects people, disciplines, and experiences rather than as an autonomous object.
