Agnieszka Tatarczak is a Digital Team Leader at Arup in Poland.
As an enthusiast of data-driven design, drawingless construction and provoking digital mindset change in design teams, Agnieszka specialises in automation for engineering projects such as metro tunnels and stations, offshore wind, large infrastructure and buildings.
Her main focus is automation, design optimisation, parametric modelling, computational design, tool development and deployment.
By trade, Agnieszka is a structural engineer with several years of experience working on multidisciplinary design projects in Poland, the UK, Denmark and France. She worked on 1 Triton Square in London, Copenhagen metro lines 4 and 5 and The Hall of Remembrance at the Warsaw Insurgents Cemetery.
She graduated from Machine Learning in Built Environment Master Module at Kings College London. She also holds a degree in Structural Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées ParisTech.
