The Property Design Awards is a contest that has become a permanent feature among the events accompanying the 4 Design Days. It recognises and promotes unique investments, buildings marked by exceptional architecture, and space full of inspiring design.
The aim of the Contest is to award the best commercial and public projects in Poland that have been commissioned by the end of 2022, as well as their creators. Buildings and interiors marked by the best architecture and design –– such are the projects we want to honour with the Property Design Awards 2023 statuette.
We will award projects in the following categories:

The Contest is organised by the PTWP SA Group – the publisher of the PropertyDesign.pl, Dobrzemieszkaj.pl and PropertyNews.pl portals, and the organiser of the 4 Design Days 2023.

The winners – who will be selected by a voting of Readers and the Jury – will be announced on 26 January 2023 at 19.00 during the official Property Design Awards 2023 Gala organised at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.
