Thematic scope
The city of the future in terms of adaptation to the constantly growing needs of humanity is the subject of many considerations. Students of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology took up the challenge of designing an idea for the future. Using mutually complementary modules, they create a model of the city in accordance with the idea of TOGETHER 4 HUMANITY. Bearing in mind the issues of urban planning and design, the main assumption of the project is to create a space that is friendly to everyone. With the passage of time, differences and difficulties in moving freely around cities become noticeable, which prompted students of Architecture, Interior Design and representatives of the Council of the Faculty of Architecture to consider issues and functional needs related to the features of an ideal city; city that could be an inspiration for future designers.
