RenOvation is the 2nd edition of a contest organized by the Fala Renowacji association and the PTWP Group, the publisher of Propertynews.pl and Propertydesign.pl. The contest will distinguish investments surrounding energy modernization in buildings. Its goal is to showcase good practice within the area of complex modernization of buildings of various types. The result of well realized building renovations, whether they be residential, public utility or commercial are, besides lower energy costs, architecturally interesting, comfortable, and aesthetic spaces, good for living, working and spending time. Improving energy efficiency of a building also brings many other benefits for the residents and users. We invite investors, owners and multifamily residential, commercial and public utility property managers, developers and private investors to submit instances of buildings, where energy modernization was implemented. The contest will judge projects, realized within Poland and concluded in the span of the last 5 years, before the end of 2024.
The final of the 2nd edition of the RenOvation contest will take place during 4 Design Days 2025 in Katowice on the 23 of January, 2025.
