COLLECTING THE BADGES

Upon registration, each participant will receive a name tag. Anyone willing to return to the building of the International Congress Centre after leaving it will be asked to produce the name tag. Due to the high level of interest in the event, and in order to avoid traffic jams, we ask that you arrive at the International Congress Centre in good time.

CAR PARK
Premium Car Parks (free of charge for holders of Premium name tags)
Holders of Premium name tags are allowed to use the Premium car park. It is accessible from Olimpijska street. The number of parking spaces is limited.
When entering the car park, you will be required to produce a car park card (downloadable from the participant's account:https://konferencje.ptwp.pl/pl/konferencja,593#zaloguj )
If all parking spaces are occupied, we encourage you to use the car parks located around the International Congress Centre.
There are public car parks, available for charge, around the International Congress Centre and the Spodek arena.
The Zone of Culture car park (charges specified in the terms of use apply)
Car parks (P) located at the building of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice’s Zone of Culture are paid Monday through Friday, from 6.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Rules and prices:
- PLN 6.00 for each started hour
- PLN 110.00 for each day, if the driver loses the parking ticket
You are supposed to leave the car park within 15 minutes after paying for the ticket. After 5.00 p.m., the car park is available free of charge – it is necessary to collect an empty parking ticket at the barrier (the ticket does not need to be validated at the parking cashier machine).
Car parks outside the Zone of Culture
There are public car parks, available for charge, around the International Congress Centre, the Spodek arena, and outside the Zone of Culture.
Underground Altus car park (P3) – 550 parking spaces, an eight minute walk away from the International Congress Centre/the Spodek arena.

INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE ARRIVING BY TRAIN
You can get to the International Congress Centre from the train station in Katowice:
- in 15 minutes on foot
- by cab from Oddziały Młodzieży Powstańczej Square or Młyńska Street,
- by tram from Katowice Railway Station using T11, T13, T23, T43 lines to Katowice Rondo stop (8 min.)
