The contest has cemented its spot on the list of accompanying events of 4 Design Days. It distinguishes and promotes unique investments, facilities of distinguishable architecture and spaces full of inspiring design. The contest is meant to award the best commercial and public projects in Poland commissioned before the end of 2024, as well as their creators. Facilities and interiors featuring the best architecture and design. The winners, who will be chosen based on Reader votes and a vote by the Jury, will be announced during a formal awards Gala during the Property Design Awards on the 23 of January 2025.

Submissions:
The deadline for sending in submissions to the Property Design Awards 2025 is the 19 of November, 2024.
Voting:
The Jury and PropertyDesign.pl reader voting will be open from the 26 of November, 2024 until the 20 of December, 2024.
The final of the contest:
The announcement of the results and decoration of the winners will take place during the awards gala at 4 Design Days 2025 in Katowice on the 23 of January, 2025.
