She is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience in driving ESG/Sustainability business case for high profile international brands in commercial real estate and beyond. She is highly skilled in Polish and international non-financial reporting methodologies and sustainable development goals (SDGs) included in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Since 2008 has been actively involved in promotion of sustainability, energy efficiency, green building standards, and health and wellbeing in buildings for which cooperated with top international organisations such as World Green Building Council, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, European Climate Foundation and Urban Land Institute.
Prior to joining Savills, Katarzyna was a Sustainability Services Director and worked with Polish and international clients advising on the implementation of ESG strategy and non-financial reporting.
Before that, Katarzyna directed business development and marketing in Europe for BuroHappold Engineering, an international leader in engineering consultancy for the built environment. While at Buro Happold, she co-created the concept of a healthy office at the Spectrum Tower in Warsaw - the first office in Poland to have received a WELL Building Standard Gold certificate.
