Each participant will be issued an ID at registration. When leaving the building and returning to the premises of the International Congress Centre, you must always present your badge to be scanned.
In view of the large interest and potential traffic jams, please arrive early before the session.

RESTAURANT
The EMCEK Bistro restaurant (Lower Hall) will be open in the International Congress Center. Additionally, during the Open Days on 27-28 January 2024, the mobile restaurant EMCEK Bistro (Upper Hall) will be open. Other small catering points will also be open.

CAR PARKS
There are paid municipal car parks around the ICC and the Spodek.
PARKING RULES IN KATOWICE
Culture Zone
A charge is levied in the car parks next to the building of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice’s Culture Zone from Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Parking conditions and price list:
- PLN 10.00 for each commenced hour of vehicle parking
- PLN 110 for each day of parking in the event the ticket is lost
Once the parking fee has been paid, you must leave the car park within 15 minutes. After 5.00 pm and on weekends and public holidays visitors may use the car park free of charge – however, it is necessary to collect a zero ticket at the entrance at the barrier (the ticket does not have to be validated at the ticket office).
Outside the Culture Zone
Altus underground car park – 550 spaces, 8 minutes’ walk to the Spodek/MCK.

BY TRAIN
You can get to the International Congress Centre from the PKP railway station in Katowice:
- by foot in 15 minutes (2.5 km)
- by taxi from Plac Oddziałów Młodzieży Powstańczej or ul. Młyńska
- by tram from the PKP railway station in Katowice, taking trams T11, T13, T23, T43 to the Katowice Rondo stop (8 minutes)
