Ms. Ivan leads the entire commercialization of income producing assets for GTC’s office and retail portfolio. She has extensive multi-disciplinary managerial experience and knowledge spanning all aspects of commercial real estate, due to having held various important positions within the GTC group in the CEE region, since 2008. Prior to taking on her leading role at the company's head quarters in 2016, she successfully worked in the Czech Republic as Head of Commercial Leasing, in Romania as Head of Asset Management, and in Bulgaria performing a crucial transition management role.
