Constructed with the needs of the clients in mind; functional; built of high-quality materials; and blended in with the surroundings – such are the projects that we wish to award during the 3rd edition of the Housemarket Silesia Awards 2018 contest organised by the PTWP SA Group – the publisher of the Housemarket.pl portal.
We will award housing projects that have been completed in Silesia by the end of 2017.
The list of nominated investment projects – LOFTS AND APARTMENTS; GREEN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT; ARCHITECTURE; SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES; FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT; and DEVELOPER – will be drawn up on the basis of entries received from the Members of the Jury and the Readers of the Housemarket.pl portal.
The winners in each category will be selected on the basis of calculation of the indications submitted by the Jury and the votes received from the Readers of the Housemarket.pl portal.
The contest will accompany the Housemarket Forum Silesia 2018 conference and the 4 Design Days event planned to take place at the ICC and the ‘Spodek’ Arena in Katowice on 15–18 February 2018.

How to submit an investment project:
In order to participate in the contest, you should submit your application by filling in the online application form and sending the corresponding photographic material to the following email address: nagrody@housemarket.pl by 15 December 2017.
