Programme

This is the first edition of the competition organized by the Fala Renowacji (Wave of Renovation) Association and the PTWP Group, publisher of Propertynews.pl and Propertydesign.pl. The competition will highlight investments involving the energy modernization of buildings. The aim is to show good practices in the comprehensive modernization of various types of buildings. The result of well-executed renovations of buildings, whether residential or public and commercial, apart from lower energy costs, are architecturally interesting, comfortable and aesthetic spaces in which one can live, work or spend free time well. Improving the energy efficiency of a building also brings many other benefits for its residents and users. We invite investors, owners and managers of multi-family residential, commercial and public buildings, developers and private investors to report buildings that have undergone energy modernization. The competition will evaluate projects that were implemented in Poland and completed within the last five years, by the end of 2023.
