Marcin Stokowiec

Marcin Stokowiec

He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Building Structures. He also completed a number of trainings and courses in management of construction processes. He is the holder of the Real Estate Agent’s and Manager’s license. The Diploma of the Minister of Treasury has attested his expertise and skills required for a member of the supervisory boards in the State Treasury companies. He is a co-founder and member of the management board of the Polish Association of Investment Properties Managers. He has the Building License necessary to hold independent technical functions in construction.

In order to improve his manager’s skills he graduated from MBA studies at the Polish Open University, being at the same time a MBA graduate from Oxford Brookes University. He is the holder of the CCIM and MRISC titles.

Right from the very beginning of his professional career he has been related to  the commercial real estate market, in particular shopping and leisure centres. He was involved in the construction and management of one of the first modern commercial buildings - “Sadyba Best Mall” in Warsaw as well in numerous other projects executed by Plaza Centres capital group in Poland and in Central Europe.

He actively participated in the construction of ”Złote Tarasy” Shopping and Office Centre, one of the most modern commercial buildings in Poland. Since 2006 he works in Apsys Polska as Investmet Director.  

He managed the first in Poland process of receiving certificates for building operating within “BREEAM in use” system. With his rich experience in preparation and execution of investments and his experience in management of commercial buildings, he is a highly-estimated and type of specialist who is familiar with all aspects in the field of shopping centres.
