Joanna Osoba-Botwina – HR expert with long experience in international and Polish organizations. More then 4,5 years in Rockwell Automation on HR Manager Poland position. Technical education helps her to cooperate effectively with technical business – second education in HR Management gives knowledge to operate modern HR tools.
Work experience was gained in Polkomtel (Plus GSM), 2Si S.A., Hager Group, Pliva / Teva Cracow, where she has opportunity to lead many various projects in area of human resources management.
In 2017 Rockwell Automation get award Top 5 Employers in Silesia Region and production plant was awarded as Plant of the 2017 year in category Industry 4.0.
