From the beginning of her professional career she was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers (currently PwC), although she gained her first managerial experience abroad. Involved in the opening of the first PwC office in Silesia in 2005, where she managed the administration department for over 9 years. In 2015, she joined the rapidly growing Shared Services Center in Katowice - PwC Service Delivery Center, which currently has more than 1 700 employees, and the total lease area of two offices in Katowice and Opole is 12 000 m2. She currently acts the Facility Manager role. In her current position, she values the most diverse projects, ranging from organising mass events for PwC Service Delivery Center employees taking over new office spaces, creating new floor plans or introducing modern forms of office space, which allows her to fully realize the passion of designing and decorating the interiors.

Katowice has bravely fought its way into the circle of main players competing for investors from the SSC/BPO sector. In terms of the amount of modern office space, Katowice has outstripped Poznań, thus becoming the fourth regional market in Poland in this regard. However, the rivalry for lessees is becoming fiercer. Will office buildings in Katowice keep attracting lessees effectively with more and more interesting designs and facilities/incentives? Do the support from local authorities and investment comfort still constitute the greatest assets of investing in that location?
