He is a distinguished member of the Brest Urban Planning Council, showcasing his expertise and influence in urban development. Maxim is renowned for his significant contributions to the architectural community in Belarus, particularly through his initiation and leadership in various industry events. He has been instrumental in organizing the acclaimed Arch Evolution — an international architectural student festival, as well as an architectural summer camp, and numerous informative lectures for students.
In 2017, Maxim took a pivotal step in his career by founding Majsterni, his own architectural firm. Under his visionary leadership, Majsterni has grown into a dynamic team of 18 creative professionals. The firm specializes in conceptual architecture, interior design, planning, and urban design, and is celebrated for its innovative and forward-thinking approach in these fields.
