Marcin Połomski
Architect, graduate of the Silesian University of Technology. He is associated with local government since 2005. He took up the position of mayor of Rydułtów, a Silesian mining commune, after winning the local elections in 2018. As mayor, he coordinates the city's activities, but the area under his personal supervision are municipal investments carried out from the city's own funds as well as from external funds. An important area of the mayor's work is also attracting new entrepreneurs and creating a friendly urban area for business. Following this example, the city's development focuses not only on the relaxation and entertainment infrastructure for residents, but also on the expansion of roads and the adaptation of post-mining areas and taking care of the natural environment.
