Klaudiusz Kandzia
Mayor of Kalety
A graduate of sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Since 1993, he has been an employee of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Kalety. He has continuously held the office of mayor since 2010. In city management, he pays special attention to obtaining external funds, rational investments and attention to the state of the commune’s finances. As the leader of one of the most forested communes in Silesia, he puts great emphasis on promoting the city’s natural values and promoting quiet tourism.
