Founder and CEO of the Krakow-based design and construction company Mango Investments. She is a civil engineer and interior architect with nearly twenty years of experience. Her studio creates unique premium residential interiors for private investors and unconventional projects for the HoReCa industry, which combine artistic flair with engineering precision.

Karolina Drogoszcz gained valuable experience, among others, in the Blok Art design studio in Łódź and in the Kraków studios: B2Studio, Studio Formy and M-Invest, the Portuguese Mota-Engil Central Europe group. She was also granted an internship abroad at the prestigious John Duffy Design Group studio in Dublin.

She has been a member of the Board of Entrepreneurs of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków since 2013. She actively contributes to the industry and promotes knowledge about architecture by participating as a speaker in numerous conferences and speaks as an expert in specialist press and interior design magazines.

In 2023, she became a member of the prestigious Association of Interior Design Architects.
