Days for business (27-28 January 2022)

Registration for the stationary participation in Days for business has been closed - thank you for all applications.
We invite you to register for online participation, which provides access to live transmission of 4 Design Days and Property Forum sessions (the list of transmitted sessions is available on the website) and access to rebroadcasts of the sessions.

Open Days (29-30 January 2022)

Participation in the Open Days is possible after purchasing a ticket via the TicketMaster website:

4 Design Days supports the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity!
For every ticket bought for the second Open Day (Sunday) we will donate 1 PLN to the Foundation! This applies to tickets purchased online and at the ticket offices of the International Congress Centre in Katowice.

Participation in the Open Days is free of charge for industry professionals (architects, designers, designers, company representatives, developers, manufacturers). Entry on the basis of an ID badge (issued during the business days) or on the basis of on-site registration (please bring your business card). We do not run registration for the Open Days for people from outside the industry.

 

Important information regarding stationary participation

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions related to it, the 4 Design Days and Property Forum Silesia are open to participants who (to the best of their knowledge):
  • are not infected with COVID-19;
  • do not have any symptoms of COVID-19 such as shortness of breath, increased body temperature and symptoms of a cold;
  • are not in quarantine or under epidemiological surveillance;
  • have not had direct contact with a person infected with COVID-19 within the last 10 days prior to the event and meet one of the following conditions:
      • have been vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved for marketing in the European Union, i.e. to have received the required number of doses of the vaccine at least 14 days before the event and to present a valid EU digital COVID certificate in electronic or paper form are a different equivalent certificate (issued by a third country - outside the European Union) at the entrance to the event;
      • have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 6 months and will show proof of such a status at the entrance to the event (EU COVID Certificate);
      • have tested negative for COVID-19 (applies to each day of the event). Test is valid max. 48h from the moment of taking it. Negative test result must be presented at the entrance to the event (paper or electronic version with a negative test score).
    On 27-30 January 2022, during 4 Design Days, in front of the entrance from ul. Olimpijska, it will be possible to test for COVID 19. The tests are performed by the LAB-MED Medical Laboratory entered into the Government Register of COVID * laboratories, with the use of Abbott's professional Panbio ™ tests (painless, plaque nasal swab). Receipt of the result within 30 minutes of taking the swab, in the form of a QR code available in the mobile application - "mObywat" or in the form of a printout of the result collected in person on the spot. Participants of the Event must submit a completed referral for download before the examination: or on the website of the event organizer.

The number of free stationary packages is limited. Each time the Organizer decides about awarding a package. Online participation is free of charge.

FAQ

1. Where can I register?

Registration is carried out via the event’s website in the Registration tab

2. Can I sign up in any other way?

It is not possible to register otherwise than through the website.

3. How long will regitration be open?

Registration for stationary participation will be open to November 5, 2021. Registration for online participation will be open to November 9, 2021.

4. What does the registration process look like?

When you visit the event’s website (Registration tab) please read the information concerning access packages. Create an account by entering your email address.

  • I already have an account:
    If your email address is saved in our system, you will receive a message about the possibility of logging in with a previously entered password, or the “Recover password” option. In the case of password recovery, a one-time code will be sent to the email address you provided, which should be typed in the appropriate window. Enter a new password and repeat it. After logging in to your account, check whether your personal data are correct and select the thematic sessions you are interested in. After signing up, you will be redirected to your application’s status (New – awaits approval by the Organizer). This means that your application has been sent, your account is active and the application is waiting to be verified by the Organizer.
  • I do not have an account:
    If your email address is not present in the system, the process of creating a new account will follow, i.e. entering your personal data, creating a password and accepting the statement of consent to the processing of your personal data. After correct data are entered, an activation code will be sent to you (please check your SPAM folder). Attention! Please do not close the registration page in your browser. You should choose the thematic sessions you are interested in and then sign up for the Congress. After signing up, you will be redirected to your application’s status (New – awaits approval by the Oragnizer). This means that your application has been sent, your account is active and the application is waiting to be verified by the Oragnizer.
5. What is the activation code?

The code activates the previously created new account for the person who did not have it. This is a 6-digit sequence. It will be sent to the email address you specified. ATTENTION!!! Please do not close the registration page in your browser where the code must be entered.

6. How long will I have to wait for verification?

Verification may take approximately 1 week. If you do not receive verification one week after submission, please contact rejestracja@ptwp.pl

7.How can I log in to my account?

To log in again, click the Registration tab, then click Register and find the Your Account option in the top right hand corner.

8. How can I change/correct participant data?

The Edit Data option is available in the participant’s account.

9. Is session selection mandatory?

The selection of a session is mandatory, without this selection it will not be possible to proceed to the next registration steps. Please mark the session in which you are interested.

10. Can I make changes in session selection and how?

The Session Selection option is available in the participant's account.

11. How can I cancel my participation?

The registration account offers a cancellation option.

12. Will I receive any more information after my application is confirmed?

A message containing organizational information will be sent to the email address you provided. On the day before the event, each registered participant will receive a unique link to the online broadcast.

13. Is participation in the event is free of charge?

Due to the restrictions of the COVID pandemic, the number of free packages allowing for stationary participation in the event is limited. The decision to grant a free package is made by the Organizer on the basis of a correctly completed registration application. It is possible to purchase a package that guarantees participation.

14. What are additional paid access packages?

The access package enables you to purchase additional benefits, such as catering, meeting area or participation in the evening event.

15. When will I be able to purchase an additional package?

Purchase of a package is possible once your application has been verified. Information about the possibility of purchasing a given package will be included in an email confirmation.

16. Is it mandatory to purchase a package?

Purchasing a package is not mandatory. It involves giving up additional benefits.

17. How long will I wait for the status change after purchasing a package?

The change of status takes place after your payment has been credited to the Oragnizer’s bank account.

18. Is it possible to buy a package during the event?

It will be possible, provided that you pay by card or an invoice for your purchase is issued.

19. What should I have on the day of the event?

Having a code and business card will make it easier and faster to pick up your badge on the day of the event. The badge can also be issued by providing personal information.
