Working in hospitality business since 12 years Adam curetly is the Director Development Poland & CEE  in DMDmodular Sp.zo.o. He is responsible for the company's development on the hotel markets. Responsible for cooperation with hotel investors, investment funds, operators and international hotel brands as well as with architectects. DMDmodular is a leader in hotels modular building system in Poland and in the international arena min. In the USA, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Germany. For the past 3 years he has been the Director of Strategy and Development at the Polish Hotel Holding, he was responsible for creating and implementing the company's development strategy and was responsible for the implementation of new hotel projects in the holding, as well as developing new business lines such as management contracts, lease contracts and mergers and acquisitions in hotel projects on the commercial market of hotel facilities. He was responsible for negotiating franchise agreement terms with international hotel brands. He successfully implements new brands of international hotel brands into the company's portfolio, was responsible for development contacts with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Best Western and Louvre Hotels, as well as obtaining financing for new investments. As an experienced manager, he managed departments and a team of people, and was also intensively involved in improving the functioning of the entire company. Previously, as the Development Director in the hotel department at the Kancelarii Doradztwa Gospodarczego C&K, he implemented consulting projects for several dozen hotels in Poland, including for pre-opening activities and the process of introducing them to international hotel chains, as well as successfully obtained EU funding for hotel projects and hotel operators. Before joining the hotel industry, he was the Financial Director at MT Development Group, obtaining financing for commercial projects, and previously the manager represented the banking sector, working at GE Money Banks and CityBank.
