Tomasz Gawliczek

Tomasz is an attorney at law and patent & trademark attorney trainee at JWP Wrocław office, an expert in broadly defined intellectual property law. Tomasz has wide experience in litigation and legal counselling in the field of industrial property law, copyright, protection of databases and combating unfair competition. He is the author of copious scientific and newspaper articles on intellectual property issues. Tomasz gained teaching experience in Wrocław higher education institutions and through conducting intellectual property training courses for Polish and foreign businesses. He is a speaker and participant in numerous domestic and international conferences on intellectual property, including “IP Protection on Plant Innovation”, 2015, Amsterdam, “Trademarks, Designs and more – AIPPI at the EUIPO” 2018, Alicante. Tomasz speaks fluent English and Spanish.
